As a parent, when you think about things you would like your kids to do, you’d be forgiven for not instantly including ‘licking a 9 volt battery’, or ‘cooking a meal in the dishwasher’. More fool you. 50 Dangerous Things (You Should Let Your Child Do), which hits London’s Unicorn Theatre this weekend, is a perception-altering new show encouraging young people to be brave, ask questions, face their fears, and experiment.

Inspired by a book of the same name by Tinkering Unlimited / Julie Spielger and Gever Tulley – and created in collaboration with Hamburg’s Fundus Theater – this is a half term activity to relish. Suitable for ages 3 – 10.
