What do you get when you combine yoga, ‘vogueing’ and a DJ pumping out 80s tracks on a rooftop garden in central London? Voga, is what.

A monthly series of classes launching in May, voga sounds like our kind of workout: “a fusion of yoga and ‘vogeuing’, set to an iconic soundtrack, taking participants through dynamic dance to dreamy disco. Voga combines the breath-synchronised movement of Yoga with the expressive moves of a dance class, fusing power and strength with attitude and flamboyance, where alignment is key”.

With monthly classes confirmed between May and September on the roof at Coq d’Argent, participants are invited to strike a pose surrounded by spectacular views over the City – followed by al fresco drinks (virtuous or otherwise) and lunch at the renowned French restaurant.

Classes £15 per person; click here to book
