I live in… Queens, New York with my mom and brother. I’m finishing up my senior year of high school and getting ready for graduation. Growing up in New York as a teenager is great as I have a lot of freedom and opportunity to do whatever I want. Living in Queens isn’t too bad. It’s generally calm, although there is some gang violence. I try not to worry about it too much though, and I know who to, and who not to hang out with. What I love about our area is how everyone’s always outside and it feels like there’s always something good going on.

Being a teenager is… It is honestly the best. I feel like there’s so much to do and look forward to if you’re leading yourself in the right direction. Some pluses are not having to worry about paying any crazy bills and just being able to have the time of your life while you can. The minuses would probably have to be all the stupid mistakes we make and having to learn from them because they can hit pretty hard.

Issues facing teenagers today are… One of the biggest problems facing teenagers today is getting ready for the real world. I know way too many people that don’t have any plans after high school and don’t have anything set up for themselves in the future. Also lots of kids I know just follow trends and don’t not really know how to be themselves. It’s crazy because some of them really try hard to be someone they’re not and don’t even notice how much better off they’d be just doing their own thing.

My ambitions are…  To live my life to the fullest extent and inspire others to do the same. I would love to get into acting, start my own business one day, and try to pursue skateboarding as a career as well. If I had to pick a place to live it would definitely have to be somewhere around Los Angeles, California. Everything about that place just feels right.

Things or experiences? Definitely experiences because I feel like they actually shape the person into who they are, rather than materialistic things that are just about how we want others to view us.

My concerns for the future are… My only fear for the future is having to deal with losing close friends or family. I don’t know how I would be able to handle it because these are the people that I’ve been around my whole life and pretty much everything I do revolves around them.

When I’m not at school… Most of the time I’m with my friends skateboarding and filming for upcoming videos.

Is the future bright? I think so. I think the future holds a lot of traveling opportunities and projects that’ll keep me occupied so I’ll keep my fingers crossed and hope for the best.

For guidance I turn to… My brother because he’s been through it all and always gives the best advice no matter what the situation is.

Friends are… Extremely important to me. If it wasn’t for my friends I wouldn’t be where I am today.
