A new series of toys from Mini Archi promises to “stimulate children to learn the basics of architecture” – while making a pretty addition to any playroom. Created by a couple of Belgian architect-designers – who are also young parents – the range includes the Mini Box (95€) which aims to help children aged 3+ develop “a sharpened aesthetic sense” and inspire them to “develop their sense of composition”. Presented in 18 parts it can be put together in endless different ways. For older children, the Modular House (440€), which comes in white or raw wood, can be kitted out in two seriously stylish collections of furniture, one for winter and another for summer. If only all kids toys looked this good.
