Toots a MacGinty is an inventive, colourful and adventurous unisex clothing brand for children. Set up by independent designer Kate Pietrasik who was tired of gendered clothes for children, the vibrant unisex collections fight against sickly pinks and sludgy greens. Children love them, as do parents who can pass the hardwearing clothes onto siblings and friends. Selfridges is celebrating the launch of the brand’s A/W 2014 collection in-store with a party: face painting, Miss Ballooniverse, glove-puppet making… Friday 19 September, noon until 5pm. And the new collection can be found on the fourth floor.
