Dr Sasha Howard is a paediatrician within the NHS specialising in endocrinology. She is also a mother-of-two, and co-author of Guilt-free Bottle Feeding: Why your formula-fed baby can be happy, healthy and smart.

Geraldine Miskin is a breastfeeding specialist, who has been practising in the UK for more than 20 years. She is creator of the ‘Miskin Method’ and her bookBreastfeeding Made Easy will be published in September.
