A new adaptation of Treasure Island has come to the National Theatre, and to celebrate, the theatre is running a one-off prop-making workshop. The theme is buried treasure, and it’s a rare chance to learn the ropes from the in-house prop makers. As well as (literally) going behind the scenes to find out how they created the atmospheric set and props, you’ll be making some real life treasure, too. Only over 8’s allowed, and one adult per three children is the rule. Excuse us, but: ar har me hearties!
Saturday 6 December, 11am-1pm. Tickets £5 adult, £3 child.
